Thank you for visiting and supporting my shop. By accessing this website or purchasing any product from this shop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or purchase products from the shop.

2. Products & Artwork

The products offered through this shop may feature my original artwork, illustrations, designs, characters, graphics, tattoo-inspired artwork, and other creative works.

When you purchase a product from this shop, you are purchasing the physical product or authorized reproduction containing my artwork.

You are not purchasing ownership of the original artwork, design, copyright, or intellectual property itself.

For example, purchasing a T-shirt containing one of my designs gives you ownership of that particular T-shirt. It does not give you ownership of the artwork printed on the T-shirt or the right to reproduce that artwork.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork remains my intellectual property.

Unless otherwise specifically stated in a separate written agreement, all original artwork, illustrations, designs, graphics, characters, tattoo designs, logos, images, and other creative works displayed, advertised, reproduced, or sold through this shop remain the intellectual property of the artist and/or their respective rights holder.

Purchasing one of my products does not transfer copyright, intellectual-property ownership, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or commercial-use rights to the purchaser.

The purchase of a product should not be interpreted as the sale or transfer of the underlying artwork.

4. No Reproduction or Mass Production

My artwork may not be copied, reproduced, traced, scanned, duplicated, modified, distributed, manufactured, mass-produced, or commercially exploited without my prior written authorization.

Purchasing my artwork or a product featuring my artwork does not give permission to use the artwork to manufacture additional products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, or other clothing
• Prints, posters, or canvases
• Stickers or decals
• Hats, bags, or accessories
• Cups, mugs, tumblers, or drinkware
• Digital products or downloadable designs
• Logos, branding, or advertisements
• Tattoo flash or other artwork
• AI-generated, AI-modified, or AI-assisted reproductions based on my artwork
• Print-on-demand products
• Products intended for resale
• Any other merchandise or commercial product

You may not upload, submit, provide, or otherwise send my artwork to a manufacturer, printer, print-on-demand service, merchandise company, another artist, or any other third party for the purpose of reproducing or manufacturing the artwork.

5. Personal Use Only

Unless you have received separate written authorization or purchased an applicable commercial license directly from me, products and artwork purchased from this shop are intended for personal use only.

Ownership of a physical product does not equal ownership of the intellectual property appearing on that product.

You are welcome to enjoy, display, wear, or use the product you purchased for its intended personal purpose. You may not reproduce the underlying artwork or use it to create additional merchandise, artwork, branding, products, or commercial materials.

6. Derivative Works & Modification

My artwork may not be copied, substantially reproduced, or modified for the purpose of creating unauthorized commercial products or derivative works.

You may not take one of my designs, alter colors, add or remove elements, digitally manipulate it, trace it, redraw it, or otherwise modify it for the purpose of claiming it as a new design or using it commercially without my written permission.

7. AI & Digital Use

My artwork may not be uploaded or submitted to artificial-intelligence systems for the purpose of generating unauthorized reproductions, commercial derivatives, merchandise, or competing artwork based on my designs.

My artwork may not be used to train, fine-tune, or develop commercial AI models or datasets without my prior written authorization.

8. Unauthorized Commercial Use

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, merchandising, commercial use, or exploitation of my artwork may violate applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

I reserve all rights provided to me under applicable law and reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect my artwork and intellectual property when necessary.

Nothing contained within these Terms & Conditions should be interpreted as transferring or assigning any copyright or intellectual-property rights unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise.

9. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, product availability, designs, and product offerings may change at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your order to be processed, prepared, shipped, and delivered.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of my control.

At this time, orders are shipped within the United States only.

International shipping is not currently available.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

11. Returns & Refunds

Thank you for supporting my art and small business. Every order is prepared and handled with care.

Please understand that all sales are final.

At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds after an order has been placed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, quantities, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

12. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although all sales are final, I want you to receive the product you actually ordered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible with your order information and photographs of the issue.

I will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution when applicable.

13. Order Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

14. Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, text, branding, and other original creative content appearing on this website may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or commercially used without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website, its products, or its content for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes upon my rights or the rights of another person.

You may not attempt to obtain, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit artwork or other protected content from this website without authorization.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased through this shop.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the shop, products, policies, or applicable requirements.

The most current version will be posted on this website along with the date it was last updated.

Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the business and the transaction, without limiting any consumer rights that may apply under applicable federal or state law.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING MY ARTWORK

Buying my product does not mean you are buying ownership of my art.

When you purchase a shirt, print, sticker, or other item containing my artwork, you are purchasing that individual product.

The artwork itself remains my intellectual property.

Your purchase does not give you permission to copy my artwork, mass-produce it, place it on other merchandise, sell reproductions, create commercial derivative works, or authorize another person or company to reproduce it.

All artwork and intellectual-property rights are reserved unless I specifically grant permission in writing.
